In June 2014, Carew Papritz became the first author since Mark Twain to conduct a book tour by train—“The Legacy Letters Whistle-Stop Book Tour.” Traveling by Amtrak, Papritz covered 11 cities in 3 weeks. From Orlando to Niagara Falls, with stops in Savannah, Charleston, Richmond, Charlotte, Washington D.C., New York City, Boston, and Buffalo, with book signings both while on the train and at the various stops.
